1 Book your session: Choose a free time slot in our online booking system. Need more time? Book multiple sessions together.
2 Get your acess code: You’ll receive an email and SMS with a unique access code about half an hour before your session starts.
3 Enjoy your workout: Train alone, with friends, family, or your coach. It’s your time, your rules.
4 Respect others: Finish your workout on time, return equipment where it belongs, and leave the space ready for the next person.

: You can easily book a session through our online booking system. After logging in, simply click the ’Book now’ button in the navigation bar and select your preferred branch and time slot.
: You may cancel your session conveniently through the ’My bookings’ menu. Please be aware that cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy, and the refundable amount is adjusted based on the time remaining until the session. Above 6 hours, 100% is refunded. Above 1 hour, 50% is refunded. Above 0 hours, 0% is refunded.
: If you didn’t receive the access code in neither email or SMS, you can also find it in the ’My bookings’ section of your profile, in the details of your booking slot. The email could also land in your spam folder. If you still have issues, please contact us at [email protected].
: Absolutely! Bring your friend, your coach, your client — the whole gym is yours for the time you book.
